Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 150 grams Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons Parlsey (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic gently for a few minutes. Add the chilli flakes and salt and cook for a minute more.

  2. Cook the spaghetti, then drain and toss with the chilli and garlic. Sprinkle over the parsley to finish.
